Joy & Bliss Flower Farm
My grandmother expressed her gratitude and positivity through her personal motto, “Joy and Bliss all the days of my life!" She was so committed to this attitude that she made my grandfather promise to put it on her tombstone. I was Nana’s side kick growing up, I have an early memory of planting flowers with her. She certainly believed in the benefits of flowers.
I would love to bring some extra joy and bliss into your life with our locally grown fresh cut flowers!

What surpasses the joy of receiving a bouquet of flowers? Giving them!
We all know an elderly person who can’t make it out to church anymore, or a dear friend who struggles with an illness that makes it hard to get out and about. I’m planning to deliver gift bouquets to these community members who would benefit from the beauty of flowers and love from their community.
In offering a community funded gifting program, I am hoping to be able to gift more bouquets to more people in our area. I put my hard work and money into growing flowers, and your donations make it possible for me to give to the elderly in our community on a bigger scale!
I also hope that y’all will suggest a person or couple that you think would love to receive some fresh, local, flowers. If I don’t receive suggestions I plan to contact local churches for their suggestions, whether or not anyone choses to donate.
If you would like to gift a subscription or bouquet to a specific person, please order the item you would like to gift and enter their information during the purchase, rather than donating the amount. This helps me have more information to get them their bouquet!
I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Sophia, and my love for flowers bloomed early in childhood with the sunflowers and zinnias we grew in our family’s garden.
I have been arranging flowers since I was a teenager. My background in agriculture is broad and has included flower farming, beef and dairy cattle, horses, and teaching high school agriculture.
I am proud to be an eight generation East Tennesseean raising the ninth in Shady Valley. I am thrilled to be able to offer high quality cut flowers to our community as my husband and I grow our family and our farming operation!
